Welcome to AI Voice & Drop My Voice. By using our services, including the DropMyVoice platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Part 1: Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

AI Voice & Drop My Voice (hereafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us") provides a suite of communication tools, including the DropMyVoice service. This service allows users to generate human-sounding, ringless voicemails (RVM) and audio SMS VoiceDrops using a proprietary text-to-speech (TTS) engine and AI voice technology.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and maintain a valid payment method on file. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Usage

Subscription: Services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis according to your chosen plan (Pro, Enterprise, or Access).

Message Credits: Your subscription includes up to 1,000 VoiceDrop messages per month.

Overages: Usage exceeding 1,000 messages will be billed at a rate of $0.25 per message. You may also pre-purchase additional message increments at a discounted rate of $0.20 per message.

Responsibility: You agree to pay all subscription fees and usage-related overage charges, whether intentional or accidental.

4. Usage Restrictions & Compliance

You agree to use our services for legal and ethical purposes only.

TCPA Compliance: You are strictly prohibited from using the service to send spam, harassing, or threatening messages. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Ringless Voicemail and SMS complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all local, state, and federal regulations.

Prohibitions: You may not use the service to impersonate another person or organization or to transmit prohibited content (SHAFT: Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco/Vaping).

5. Intellectual Property

The Company owns all intellectual property rights in the AI Voice & Drop My Voice services and website. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use. You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer our technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Voice & Drop My Voice is not liable for any damages arising out of the use of our service, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Part 2: Privacy Policy & Consent

7. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email, phone number, and payment information. We also collect the contact data you upload to the platform to facilitate your messaging campaigns.

8. Mandatory Mobile Messaging Disclosure (A2P 10DLC)

Strict Privacy Clause: > No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9. Consent to Contact

By providing your phone number and utilizing this service, you provide express written consent to receive communications (including SMS, MMS, and AI-generated VoiceDrops) from AI Voice & Drop My Voice for account updates and marketing purposes.

10. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and telephony carriers) strictly to the extent necessary to provide our services. These parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

Part 3: General Provisions

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including violation of usage restrictions. If terminated by the Company for reasons other than breach, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
